Having conducted over 1000 hours of user research and usability studies, we’ll share our processes and techniques for conducting user research, including which approach to use and when to use them in the design process. The methods covered in this session are:

About the Speaker
MIchael Hartman is Technology and Usability Director at Sandstorm Design in Chicago. With over 15 years in the web development Michael has conducted 100's of hours of usability studies and user research. Michael also leads large scale web development projects and has been working in Drupal since version 4.7.
