How about a Drupal 7 installation profile with all these modules?
Or does this exist already?
It would be ideal for people getting ready for D8 with D7.

Hi Dave,

Some confusion... Your notes say to "Use the Date (ISO format) field type," but in the QA section of your talk you reluctantly say to use the "Datetime" option. Can you clarify which storage format is best to use for future-proofing?

I wasn't 100% sure when put on the spot in the QA section, so I said I'd check for sure and post it on Twitter. The Date (ISO format) field type is in fact the one to use, and I've even clarified so in my presentation on the Date module slide.
