Monica-Lisa has been helping non-profits, political and mission-driven organizations manage their digital needs since the web was young.

Early on, she worked with organizations to prepare themselves for web and database projects and to hire and communicate with vendors. She took that knowledge with her into her work as a project manager for digital/interactive and web development shops, which gives her a deeper sense of the client's perspective, and a deep understanding of the needs and culture of the non-profit world.

Monica-Lisa manages the development team at Advomatic, serving as the point of contact on large projects, and streamlining client service processes and tools so that projects run smoothly.

In her other life, she teaches traditional singing, runs a soccer league, makes art, and generally makes the most of Brooklyn, where she lives.
