Kay VanValkenburgh's vocation is training and mentorship. Evolving better tools and practices that help people use and develop with Drupal has been a key focus since he founded OwnSourcing in 2010. He puts special emphasis on the management of learning content in Drupal, on the user experience of ongoing learning, and on facilitating highly functional coaching/mentoring arrangements.
