I am the co-founder and lead developer/CTO of Zivtech, a role I've had for 6 years. I lead my development team in Drupal-based web application projects, architect sites, write code, create and uphold our workflows and quality processes, and make sure that all of our work lives up to my standards.
I'm an expert Drupal generalist, if that's not a complete contradiction. I work across the domain from migrations to ecommerce to performance to usability to theming to developer training to server administration etc etc etc. I'm especially skilled at problem-solving, site architecture, and having a holistic and practical perspective.
I get out and give sessions at typically a half dozen Drupal camps each year. I also give public trainings, including teaching Drupal Module Dev at the past 4 US Drupalcons. I co-host a monthly Philadelphia meetup.
I'm obsessively focussed on my client work and tend to be less visible on drupal.org, though I do contribute many patches to contrib and core and maintain some modules, typically in support of my work. I ensure that no fixes and improvements are made to open source code at Zivtech that are not contributed back, by making that a required part of our process.
My vision of how I like Drupal out of the box is found in my starter kit profile Bear..
