I've been active in the Drupal community as a project manager, site-builder, mentor, trainer and community organizer for over 8 years -- most of that time as the Director of Progress at Advantage Labs in Minneapolis, MN. Recently I've transitioned to new ventures but I'm continuing my Drupal work as a founding principal member of Triplo, a new worker cooperative in the Twin Cities, MN.

My passion is bringing people together to learn and share, developing communities of practice that foster everyone's personal and professional growth as well as the growth of Drupal itself. Oh, and I love craft beer, worker/consumer cooperatives, bread and pizza baking, a good joke and urban psychogeography.
