Join in the conversation about women in technology... specifically in the Drupal-world.

Do you ever wonder:
~ How can I attract more talented, capable women to my workplace?
~ What is the experience like for women who are currently employed as Drupal devlelopers, site-builders, and themers?
~ How can I create a more inclusive environment?
~ Am I missing something? Why is this even a topic of concern?

There are many advocates in the Drupal Community who are interested in helping women progress in Drupal development, but change is slow. We will contribute to the conversation by providing some real-world examples of what we are doing now to try to nurture women in technology and create a more diverse workplace.
