Project managers always need a substantive grounding in the subject matter of their project. In this session we assume that you know how to manage a project and that Drupal is already the chosen platform. Congratulations, that’s a big part of the job already done! But how can you manage clients, stakeholders and a technical team if you can’t translate between business speak and Drupal? You will leave this session with both the terminology you need to run the project and resources for furthering your Drupal education.
