First, some facts:

This leads to a natural outcome, an open source CRM integrated with Drupal.
There are 2 emerging native Drupal CRM solutions, CRM Core and RedHen CRM. CiviCRM, long an open source leader with tight Drupal integration, continues to be a solid “out of the box” alternative. In addition, the newly revamped Salesforce Suite provides the ability for simple bi-directional data synchronization between Drupal and Salesforce opening the door for the best of both worlds: a tightly integrated CMS and CRM plus the power of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
