How to: Structured, consistent and automated content that looks great too!

Speakers:

How can you use Drupal to create great looking and automated content on your site with minimal coding?
How do you set your site structure so users can add their content easily but still maintain content consistency across your website?
We did it using a basic Drupal set up with a few extra modules, cascading style sheets and content template layouts. Content is catalogued and organised in a set workflow process as it is created throughout the website.
Using Date included in the content means the archive process is simple and content creators aren't concerned with out-dated content being displayed on the website.
Content created in this process means it never becomes unwieldy to manage or difficult to find.

Do you need to make your site accessible?
Do you have set styles and a design you need to adhere to on your site?
This is an easy task for the site builder using Drupal. No coding needed to make sure image alternative text and descriptions are included; headings are correct size and nested properly; or linked text is laid out properly for screen readers, these are all available in content creation process on the user interface in Drupal.

Who will this session be of interest to?

This is session will be of interest to anyone wanting to extend their Drupal site structure to create content that is great looking and automated through workflow process on their site. You don’t have to be a coder to get an awesome looking content structure. Just have to be creative with your layout and think through how the content will behave through its lifecycle from creation through to archive. My presentation will show you how this is all easily achievable using Drupal.
