I am working for a company in US while I live in Europe. How is that possible? The answer is remote work. My personal experience proved me that remote work can work. Even more... I believe it is very serios alternative to traditional types of work.

I will explain why I think remote work is better than in-office work. I will present many evidence for that and challenge arguments against remote work.

I will explain how remote work allowed me to spend more time with my family, how to take care of my old and sick dad, how to see a bit of world and made my life better in general. I will also try to step on the employer's side of the story and present benefits for them.
