This session will focus on how to approach Drupal projects with a client-friendly focus. We'll talk a bit about the whole project spectrum, from client communication all the way to particular UI implementations, with a goal of building sites that our clients like as much as we do.

Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of the following:

• Incorporating Agile principles into the Drupal project workflow
• Avoiding common mistakes that frustrate clients
