Documentation is a crucial to a project's success, yet it often overlooked and rarely do people enjoy creating it. We typically think about documentation as the stuff we need to get approved by our clients during discovery or the training manual that no one has time to create after site launches. But documentation can and should serve an important role at every stage of a project lifecycle.

This session will encourage attendees to reflect on the function of documentation and describe a process-oriented approach to documenting the discovery, design, and development of your next Drupal site. It will consider how documentation can be a "living document" and serve as an archive for your project to keep your team and project stakeholders on the same page and help ensure your project's success.
