As Drupalists, we're used to the standard dev-stage-prod workflow for code. But when it comes to content, we're usually stuck creating it directly on Production.

But what if you want to stage content on your staging server? What if you don't want content editors entering content directly on your Production site? What if you'd like a content hub model where content is created and edited from a central location but pushed out to multiple sites? Would you like an alternative to pushing database dumps around (and potentially overwriting work on other environments)?

Enter the Deploy module. This course will serve as an introduction to using Deploy to push content around between sites. It will also teach you more advanced deploy uses for things like Panelizer, Field Collections, Webforms and more.

Deploy works as a source to REST API endpoints you create with the Services module. We will cover how to setup a services endpoint, how to setup Deploy and then how to create custom modules to push more advanced entities around.
