We are looking for a creative person who can translate interactive problems into clear and compelling user interfaces, has a strong attention to detail, and a passion for crafting online and mobile experiences. This person will be able to turn wireframes and visual design concepts into Drupal themes and know how to get clean, semantic code out of Drupal. Must work well in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Experience using web standards to build valid and semantic XHTML and CSS driven sites (HTML5 & CSS3 a plus)
Experience with AJAX, third party API's, frameworks such as jQuery
Intimate understanding of Drupal (6+) theming and configuration and/or experience with other template-based content management systems
Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, troubleshooting, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of typography and color theory a plus
Knowledge of information architecture and human interface principles best practices Experience with mobile design and an understanding of mobile design principles
