You’re passionate about technology and comfortable playing a leadership role collaborating with clients on using open source to meet their business goals. You’re great in the sales process and make clients feel at ease knowing they will have a top notch team. You’re good at guiding a team member when needed and still love writing code. You actively participate in the Drupal Community, attending and speaking at your local events. You excel at communicating complex technical issues. Have the desire to innovate and develop new ideas.
Required:
- 5+ years experience architecting and building complex web-based applications
- Experience in defining and estimating complex technical solutions for proposals and statements of works.
- Experience leading and mentoring other developers, delegating tasks and reviewing code
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
Desired:
- Experience with configuring and developing with Apache Solr
- Experience with configuring and developing with Varnish
- Experience with other web languages such as Python or Ruby
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
