KWALL is seeking an experienced Front-end Web Developer to join our growing team. This role will work directly with the design and development departments to implement complex and responsive websites developed on PHP and open source content management systems.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team.

Responsibilities include:

Work with design teams and clients to deliver a flexible web platform
• Take Adobe Photoshop files or Fireworks files and convert them into a complex CMS theme
• Provide Jquery or Javascript based interactions
• Develop site themes with LESS or SASS and traditional CSS
• QA and be able to cross browser test themes and sites
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in an exceptional manner

Required Qualifications:

• 4 year BA/BS from an accredited college or university
• 2 years in a Front-end development position at an agency
• Experience and expert knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScript and template development skills
• Experience developing and/or theming with CMS systems
• Understanding of PHP and other development languages
• Expert HTML knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of SQL and other traditional technologies
• Expert experience using Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop to cut and create web images
• Knowledge of responsive/mobile design
• Ability to handle fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges

• Ability to work well with others in a team based atmosphere
