We specialize in 3 main business areas which nicely round out a complete solution for our clients: (1st) classic professional services site builds, full lifecycle development, design UX, creative, (2nd) "Lifecycle Services" which is essentially long term backlog maintenance for your existing portfolio of sites. (3rd) "Blink Institute" which is our rapidly growing training and solution adoption group. Principal Consultant:
The Principle Consultant is a key client-facing role at Blink Reaction. You are a Drupal Architect with excellent communication skills. A developer with 5+ years of consulting experience, comfortable with communicating directly with Clients. You'll collaborate with internal Technical Team Leads, and you're comfortable leading technical discussions with clients and internal staff. You're primarily focused on solution translation from our customers and architecting solutions to meet those needs for our most challenging client projects.

Daily responsibilities:
-Liason with internal and external technical resources on project teams.
-Collaborates on solution sizing with Team Lead and members of the Solutions Group.
-Works with the Solutions Group/Team Lead to document important information for a project as required.
-Contributes module and library code to a projects.
-Builds secure, scalable solutions for our clients.
-Contributes to the open source community as part of a regular cycle.
-Typically responsible for final code deployment/transfer of assets to the customer environment.
-Responsible for the technical excellence of the solution.
