ABOUT YOU:

You’re passionate about creating open source solutions. You have a strong understanding of software development and are jazzed about writing drupal modules that create awesome end user results. You’re extremely comfortable gathering and interpreting requirements and identifying changes to scope and project risk. You’re strong at troubleshooting development problems. Collaborative working environment are your preference but still need time to put your head down to write clean code. You actively participate in the Drupal Community, attending and speaking at your local events.

Required Skills:

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a high level understanding of interactive principles.
• Experience building and managing design team in a consulting or agency environment.
• Proven ability to direct and manage multidisciplinary creative teams in the production of interactive, print, and multimedia products
• MFA, BA or BS degree plus a minimum of ten years’ related experience in areas such as interactive design, marketing, or publishing
