Adyax, a leading European Drupal agency, is seeking a US-based Business Relationship Manager who wants to take on large and challenging projects for global clients.
Your role will be to ensure there are no communication gaps between our North American clients and our production teams in Europe. This means having total awareness of the web project, from the client’s needs to the technical demands. You will interface with agencies, brands and technical teams to insure on-time delivery of quality websites.
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and experience working in high-pressure environments. You have a solid background in the production of large, complex websites, and have the ability to communicate with technical teams and non-technical clients. You are detail-oriented, have strong management skills and take pride in producing quality products!
Requirements
- Excellent cross-team communication skills (verbal and written)
- You are a web professional with minimum 5 years experience
- Familiar with Content Management Systems (Drupal a big plus)
- Experience with complex web architecture on large enterprise sites
- Experience with JIRA, Redmine and Merlin Project Management software
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
Your duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Assist with pre-project business engagement
- Determine priorities of projects
- Manage project scope, maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Shape and create business cases for new solutions
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations
- Hold workshops and write functional specs
- Communicate with clients in-person, by phone, Skype and email
- Take meeting notes
- QA on-site with clients
This position will require remote communication with our teams in Europe, and client-facing meetings with our clients on the East Coast. The ideal candidate will be based in New York City.
