Adyax, a leading European Drupal agency, is seeking a US-based Business Developer. You will be responsible for identifying emerging business opportunities, defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
Requirements
- Strong customer facing experience and experience working on customer proposals
- Minimum 3 years of tech-related Business Development experience
- Knowledge of Open Source CMS solutions (Drupal a plus)
- Excellent spoken & written English with polished presentation skills

Your duties
- Hunt down leads, identify potential clients & decision makers in organizations, and cultivate relationships
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Work with our marketing & design team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area
- Meet potential clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders
- Participate in pricing our services
This position will require remote communication with our teams in Europe, and client-facing meetings with our clients on the East Coast. The ideal candidate will be based in New York City.
