This BoF will take a roundtable discussion format to talk about the experience of working with Drupal from the end user perspective — editors, non-technical site managers, content creators, and marketers.

The goal is to start a conversation that helps to establish a better understanding of what content-related end users need in order to better engage during Drupal development projects, and to more effectively use the resulting sites.

Possible topics of discussion include identifying and communicating needs during the project process:

editing tools
defining content types and content use cases
understanding the significance of Taxonomy
establishing user roles and permissions
what you wish you know before you started
what you wish someone would help you with now
